Instructions. Cut a small triangle from the carrot slice to form the "feet". Add the olive halves to the sides of the mozzarella ball securing with cream cheese. The olive halves can touch at the back, and open out in the front to form the wings. Take the small carrot divot and cut in half again to form the beak.

2 (10oz.) bags ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers. Fully submerge the Oreo cookies one at a time into the melted chocolate and make sure it is evenly coated. Lift it out with a fork and lightly tap it on the edge of the bowl a few times to remove the excess chocolate. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.

1-2 large carrots. Cream cheese (flavored or plain) Toothpicks. Directions: Cut the carrot into 1/8" thick circles. Cut out a small "V" from each circle as shown blow. These will be your "feet" and "beak". Take one of the colossal (or whatever yoru biggest olive is) and cut out a small piece lengthwise as shown below.

Directions. Cut a slit from top to bottom, lengthwise, into the side of each jumbo olive. Carefully insert about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into each olive. Slice the carrot into eighteen 1/4 inch thick rounds; cut a small notch out of each carrot slice to form feet. Save the cut out piece and press into center of small olive to form the beak.

Preparation. The girls started spreading cream cheese on the pretzel crackers. As they did so, I cut the large olives into quarters to make wings. I also cut some carrot slices into a few small triangles for the beaks and feet. Then we worked together to make the penguins. The picture above is of my penguins.
