WINEMAKING. The fruit for the 2021 Rosé comes from two of our vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley. The wine is made from 100% Grenache that was fermented in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts. The wine was allowed to go through partial malolactic fermentation before being arrested and was filtered prior to bottling in December 2021.
