The holidays are literally a hair's breadth around the corner, everyone, and I'm feeling soooooo behind! I have a boatload of recipes I want to store and share here, and I can't seem to eke out the time to do so. Alongside, all these recipes have been interlaced with all the feels, every which way.

1-25oz can 100% Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin filling) 2 tsp fine sea salt. 2 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg. 1 tsp ground allspice. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. ½ tsp ground ginger. ½ tsp Chinese 5-spice. 1/2 tsp pistachio extract. 3/4 cup rough chopped lightly salted, shelled pistachio nuts. ½ cup rough chopped.

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine dry cake and pudding mixes. Add the eggs, sour cream, water and oil; beat until blended (batter will be thick). Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spoon half the batter into 2 greased 8x4-in. loaf pans; sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar. Top with remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining.

Mix the cake batter. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, eggs oil, pudding mix and sour cream. Beat until all of the ingredients are well blended into a thick batter. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed. Mix the streusel. In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the sugar streusel. Assemble the bread.

Position a rack in the center of your oven and preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Spray a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray, or line with parchment paper and then spray with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a stand mixer or in a separate large bowl with a whisk, combine the pumpkin, eggs, and sugars until smooth. Add the olive oil and mix until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined- do not overmix. Using a spatula spread the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 70-80 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes.

In a large bowl stir together the flours, malted milk powder, baking soda, five-spice powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 1/2 tsp. salt. Add flour mixture and the 2/3 cup milk alternatively to sugar mixture, beating on low after each addition just until combined. Beat in pumpkin just until combined. Spoon batter evenly into prepared loaf pans.

Mix well. Stir in flavorings, pumpkin, raisins and pecans. Pour into two greased 9x5-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until bread tests done. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool on a wire rack. If Cooking for Two: Freeze one loaf for another time.

2. Whisk together pumpkin, eggs, butter and sugar until well blended. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flours, baking soda, salt, and spices until well combined. 4. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour batter into a loaf pan. 5. Â Top the loaf with the chopped pistachios and bake 50-60 Â minutes.

Grease two 8x4" loaf pans (or 6 foil mini pans or desired combination thereof) and preheat oven to 350F. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer), combine dry cake mix, dry pudding mixes, hot water, vegetable oil, eggs, and food coloring (if using).

Grease bottoms only of three 5x3-inch foil loaf pans with shortening; lightly flour. In large bowl, stir quick bread mix, reserved 1 cup liquid, oil and eggs 50 to 75 strokes with spoon until mix is moistened. Stir in soaked raisins and pistachios. Pour batter evenly into pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix the dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream until well combined. Set aside. In a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon. Grease 2 regular-size loaf pans and sprinkle the suagr mixture evenly on the bottom and sides of the pans.

PREP. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease and flour two 5-x-9-inch loaf pans. WET INGREDIENTS. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended. DRY INGREDIENTS. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.


Pistachio Bread

Add enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Set aside for bread batter. Heat oven to 350 degrees (F). Grease and flour bottoms only of three 5x3-inch foil loaf pans. In large bowl, combine quick bread and pistachios. Pour batter evenly into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center.

2. Add the sugar and pumpkin together in a large bowl and mix well. Once the sugar has disolved mix in the oil, milk and vinegar mixture and vanilla. 3. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and ginger. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and slowly mix together until well.
