This Trader Joe's pumpkin cheesecake is rich, decadent and a staple of TJs seasonal fall items. I have always really liked the smooth texture and flaky crust on all Trader Joe's cheesecakes and the pumpkin version is no exception. The pumpkin flavor is definitely not overwhelming, and reminds me of a really good slice of cheesecake you.
