We first heard that the new food truck Porked Out was going to be opening in February late last year. Well, it is February and they have announce their Grand Opening on Saturday February 22nd at the back Albertson's parking lot.

My daughter-in-law procured Porked Out for her rehearsal dinner. Lacy was extremely accommodating. The guest count changed a few times. My credit card didn't like the online payment app. Lacy didn't skip a beat in offering me her venders app instead. She made the evening seamless.
