Instructions. Remove the pit from your dates, if necessary. Cut each date open lengthwise, so you're left with a date "boat" shape. Plop a tablespoon of nut butter on each date. More for larger dates, less for smaller dates. Sprinkle coarse ground salt on top of the nut butter. Eat one, or all six, no one is judging you here.
