30 Thrusters (75/45), 20 BJs, 20 Burpees. 20 Thrusters (95/65), 30 BJs, 30 Burpees. 10 Thrusters (115/75), 40 BJs, 40 Burpees. Max bike calories in remaining time (shared) or double unders for a spicy finish. Scale this workout by changing the thruster movement to front squats.

This workout will challenge core endurance. For beginners, the inchworm requires flexibility, a tight core, and weight transfer in the shoulders. Athletes can perform the inchworms moving forward or inching out to the plank position and backward to a standing position. The first 12 inchworms should take 1:00-1:30.

15 Thrusters (70/50 lb) 5 Deadweight lifts (100/70 lb) Perform five rounds of the workouts safely and as fast as feasible. It is a "task-specific" four-person team exercise. This exercise aims to improve cohesiveness and battle fitness under exhaustion situations through shared pain, difficulties, and competitiveness.
