Makes it ride a lot better and makes it look a lot better since the previous owner put helper coil over shocks in the rear so now it sits more level. When doing this you will need to get some drop axel brackets to make the camber right on it.

f150. I've got a 1992 f150 with a 5" drop in the front and a 7" drop in the rear. I bought shorter coils and dream beams for the front. the beams lowered the truck 3" and the shorter coils droped it 2". I payed around $200 for the coils and the beams from DJM suspension. I used a 7" flip kit for the rear which cost me about $300.
