In 1968, Lavonne & I took over the farm and raised registered Hampshire hogs. From 1990-2002 we ran between 200 - 450 western white face ewes. In 2002 we sold all the western ewes and started investigating hair sheep, and after 2 years decided on Katahdins. In July 2004, we started a registered Katahdin flock, no comparison to the western sheep. Our farm now raises registered & commercial.
