The Chandiranaar Temple (also called Kailasanathar temple or Thingalur temple) is a Hindu temple in the village of Thingalur, 33 kilometres (21 mi) from Kumbakonam on the Kumbakonam - Thiruvaiyaru road in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. I was advised to start the tour with Suriyanar koil and end with Chandran (possibly the right order to follow).. again. during Dhanur masa it probably gets closed sooner. i would advise you to check with main office for any details/ timings while planning the trip.
