From here, follow signs for Roches Point (you'll pass Trabolgan on the way). The unsigned large car park for White Bay will be on your right. It is a good (steepish in parts) walk to the bay but well surfaced all the way down. From the car park, turn right for Roches Point which is just a couple of kilometres away.
